The Power of Now

by- Eckhart Tolle

4.13

The Power of Now (1997) describes a unique approach for ending pain and reaching inner peace by living fully in the present moment and distancing yourself from your thoughts. The book also teaches you how to separate yourself from your ego, a portion of your mind that craves control over your thoughts and actions. It claims that by doing so, you may learn to appreciate the present moment, minimize your discomfort, strengthen your relationships, and have a better life in general.
